Consulting Services: timeline & deadline policies
Enspire Science's consulting services have been uniquely created to fit the specific requirements of our clients and the funding scheme they are after. A prominent feature of all services centers around TIME. Meaning – when to begin the chosen service, at which time-frames it is available, and until when it is offered per deadline.
Above all, our team needs time in order to ensure we provide our services at their highest quality. Our rule of thumb is to start working as soon as possible. With this in mind, and in order to provide our full attention and adhere to all parts of the selected service for each of our clients, we apply the following timelines and deadline schedules. It is advised to understand all time constraints relevant to your grant and call.
Step #1: When to secure our consulting services
We accept new clients during specific time-frames, as dictated by the chosen service and grant call. As you consider booking our consulting services, use the below table to know until when our service will be open for booking.
A couple of notes before getting started:
- The deadlines below are final. We will not accept new projects after these deadlines.
- In the case of a call with very high demand – we may become fully booked earlier than the dates mentioned below. For this reason, we recommend beginning the process as soon as possible.

Step #2: Service secured?
Next – refer to our timelines for your specific grant call and chosen service
Once you have officially secured a service with us – we will work alongside a set timeline in relation to your specific call deadline. These are set to ensure the quality of our services in relation to additional deadlines and services our team works on. During a dedicated time-frame, reviews towards a specific call deadline will receive top priority and full attention.
As always, we recommend applicants to begin working on their applications as early as possible.
For applicants interested in our Quick Dive Review service: After booking the service, you will be asked to select a specific date for the review of your application. Available dates will be offered only within the time-frames indicated below, subject to our availability.
For applicants interested in our Deep Dive service: Our support will be given continuously throughout the indicated time-frames.
