We go over concrete steps and actions in setting up the project for execution, while explaining the goals, procedures, expectations and desirable outcomes. These will include:

Grant Agreement Preparation (GAP) processes and then the process of Grant Agreement signature. This part is complemented by the elaborated "Understanding the Grant Agreement (GA) and the Description of Action (DoA)" course.
Consortium Agreement (CA) preparation processes, negotiations processes and signature. This part is complemented by the elaborated "Understanding the Consortium agreement (CA)" course.
Pre-financing: How is this being calculated? How to distribute it correctly? etc.
Planning the Kick-off meeting: The kick-off meeting is usually a very important meeting. It is usually the first time the partners meet for a dedicated session about the project execution, including tasks description, timeline for the relevant period, management processes and procedures and more. Planning it correctly is of utmost importance.
